Perfect time to spruce up around the house inside and out! Here are tips to consider when doing Spring cleaning and home maintenance.

INSIDE:
- Clean out Closets and get Spring and Summer Clothes out
- Go through Kitchen cupboards and toss out expired items
- Defrost/Clean Refrigerator
- Clean top of Fridge and underneath
- Clean out microwave
- De-clutter junk drawers
- Clean the oven
- Wipe down baseboards
- Clean Grout
- Clean air vents
- Clean blinds and windows
- Dust Ceiling fans
- Clean and Vacuum under bed
- Clean Fireplace and close vent (if not in use)
- Clean and Polish hardwood floors and laminates
- Throw away expired cosmetics

- Change your filters on your Air Conditioning unit – better yet – have it fully serviced!
- Clean Windows and Screens
- Power Wash sidewalks and siding
- Remove leaves and debris from gutters and downspouts
- Change the batteries in your smoke and carbon monoxide detectors
- Fertilize your lawn
- Inspect your roof to prevent water damage
- Clean your dryer vent and check hoses on washer
- Clean and repair decks and cracks in walkways and driveway
